Components of the masfouf:
. 500 g couscous
. 60 g butter
. 200 g smooth sugar
. 100 g hazelnut
. 100 g toasted almonds
. 100 g raisins
. 100 g Toasted Toasted
. 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparing the cabbage:
Bake the couscous with two cups of water and two tablespoons of olive oil and stirring with your hands until the ingredients are mixed.
Place the couscous in the steam pot and let it cook with steam for 15 minutes.
Avreme hazelnuts and almonds
Place the couscous in a bowl and add to it the soft sugar, butter and milk. Mix the ingredients well and then sprinkle with nuts and leave you creative.
